F&B Business Unit Manager
Pulse Services Group is seeking an experienced F&B Business Unit Manager to lead, develop, and scale food and beverage operations across our venues and events. This is a senior role for a commercially minded hospitality leader who can build high-performing teams, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
F&B Operations & Strategy
Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across our venues
Develop and execute business strategies to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability
Ensure all F&B concepts, menus, and service standards align with Pulse Services’ premium positioning
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations, including kitchen performance, service flow, inventory, and supplier coordination
Establish and optimize operational processes, quality standards, and compliance procedures
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and inspire multidisciplinary F&B teams across venues
Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Support recruitment, training, and professional development of F&B staff and management
Financial & Budget Management
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control systems
Monitor KPIs, margins, and revenue performance across all F&B units
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to maximize quality and commercial value
Commercial Development
Identify growth opportunities, new concepts, partnerships, and revenue streams
Collaborate with marketing, events, and venue teams to create innovative F&B offerings and experiences
Drive upselling strategies and premium service development
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
Work closely with venue leadership, internal departments, and external partners
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brand partners, and hospitality collaborators
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and brand consistency
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze operational and financial performance, guest feedback, and market trends
Prepare performance reports and present strategic recommendations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all F&B operations
Who you are:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in senior Food & Beverage, hospitality, or multi-venue operations management
Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated financial and operational leadership
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance management
Deep understanding of service excellence, guest experience, and premium hospitality standards
Ability to manage complex operations, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure
High level of organizational and problem-solving ability
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
